UPLC给分析带来很多便利的同时,免不了也会出现一些故障。下面就两个故障进行说明:
While UPLC brings a lot of convenience to analysis, it will inevitably have some failures. The following two faults are explained:
故障1:每次RID开机,都无法被Empower软件识别到,而控制台的RID模块却可以连接,但是配置里的查看模块信息为Serial Number Uninitialized.
Fault 1: Every time the RID is turned on, it cannot be recognized by the Empower software, but the RID module of the console can be connected, but the view module information in the configuration is Serial Number Uninitialized.
短期解决方案:进入控制台,在RID模块的故障排除点维护模式,输入密码1147.再点配置里的查看模块信息,就发现Serial Number Uninitialized可以进行更改了。把Serial Number Uninitialized改成RID的序列号,确定后重启软件,就可以了。但这个方法只要关闭RID就失效了,需要重新再输入一次,很麻烦。
Short-term solution: Go to the console, enter the password 1147 in the maintenance mode of the RID module's troubleshooting point, and then click on the configuration to view the module information, and find that the Serial Number Unified can be changed. Change the Serial Number Unified to the serial number of the RID, restart the software after confirmation, and you're good to go. However, this method will not work as long as the RID is turned off, and you need to re-enter it again, which is very troublesome.


长期解决方案:出现这种问题最主要的原因是主板上的CPU电池没电了,所以买一个纽扣电池,换上去。然后把“短期解决方案”流程走一遍就行了,后面就不需要重复进行了。(下面RID内部结构,拆掉RID外壳四周螺丝就行,自己动手就可以解决。红圈位置就是纽扣电池)
Long-term solution: The main reason for this problem is that the CPU battery on the motherboard is dead, so buy a coin cell battery and replace it. Then just go through the "short-term solution" process and don't need to repeat it later. (The following internal structure of the RID, just remove the screws around the RID shell, and you can solve it by yourself.) The red circle is the button battery)


故障2:泵硬件复位错误,泵硬件电机不同步这两个错误信息不间段出现。特别是开机灌注的时候,出现频率大。经常一段时间才会出现问题,偶然性很强。
Fault 2: The pump hardware reset is wrong, and the pump hardware motor is out of sync These two error messages appear intermittently. Especially when the machine is turned on and perfusion, the frequency is large. It often takes a while for a problem to arise, and it is very accidental.
咨询工程师,主要怀疑是泵出现问题,也有可能是主板有问题。因为H-class是两个泵(初级泵和蓄积泵),但是一般情况下只会是一个出现问题(某一个泵或者主板)。于是工程师发货(主板和一个泵)。
Consult an engineer, the main suspicion is that there is a problem with the pump, or it may be that there is a problem with the motherboard. Because the H-class is two pumps (primary pump and accumulation pump), but in general there will only be one problem (one pump or main board). So the engineer shipped the main board (motherboard and a pump).
配件到货后工程师上门,拆解后优先更换蓄积泵,工程师反馈说,蓄积泵压力大,更容易出现问题。期间工程师仔细检查了一下泵的轴承,发现没有出现变黑的现象。更换后运行了半个小时又同样出现电机不同步问题。继续更换初级泵,灌注的时候同样出现问题。于是工程师结合之前的发现,就尝试更换最后一个配件:主板。
After the arrival of the accessories, the engineer came to the door, and the accumulation pump was replaced first after disassembly, and the engineer reported that the accumulation pump was under high pressure and more prone to problems. During this period, the engineer carefully inspected the bearings of the pump and found that there was no blackening. After half an hour of operation after the replacement, the motor was out of sync. Continue to replace the primary pump, there is also a problem with priming. So the engineers combined with the previous findings and tried to replace the last accessory: the motherboard.



更换主板后,灌注几次都没有出现问题。仔细检查了一下主板,发现主板上蒙了一层灰。(之前实验室环境不是特别好,时间久了之后,灰尘多而且湿度大,很容易造成主板故障,下面是新旧主板对比)。
After replacing the motherboard, there were no problems with priming several times. A closer look at the motherboard revealed that it was covered in a layer of dust. (The laboratory environment was not particularly good before, after a long time, there was a lot of dust and high humidity, which could easily cause motherboard failure, and the following is a comparison between the old and new motherboards).




工程师也说这种情况主板出现问题的概率小。但是后期会不会再出现问题还有待继续观察。
Engineers also say that in this case, there is a small probability that the motherboard will have problems. However, it remains to be seen whether there will be any more problems in the future.
